Open heart wreath. This tribute is made on a flat floral foam heart shape, with a centre heart shape cut out. It can be covered in lots of loose flowers, in colours and flower types of your choice, or based with spray chrysanthemums, with a small spray of flowers on the top, again in a colour mix of your choice.
